The problem: The company is a prestigious manufacturing business making a very specialized high-tech product. The quality of the cleaning did not reflect the quality of the business – it was like making a formula ONE car in a dirty back street garage. 

They employed their own cleaner who struggled with the entire premises. 

Our main issue was deep cleaning the premises which meant scrubbing all the linoleum floors and applying many coats of good quality metalized floor polish to make the premises really shine. 

Then we introduced a regime of regular cleaning and buffing to maintain the polished floors followed by periodic stripping and re-polishing. 

Coupled with this we clean the offices, toilets and staff canteen facilities. 

This is a complicated clean requiring a strict schedule and very close monitoring and I am pleased today we are still maintaining their hi-tech building 6 years after commencing the contract.
