- We clean and ensure it stays clean. Although commercial office cleaning might be our bread and butter, we have grown to solve problems for a diverse range of clients: Theatres, Coach Stations, Dance Studios, Shops, Factories, The Crystal Maze and Coronation Street Experience.
- How do we differ from the rest? We have a management team that is operationally focussed and hands-on, supported by a workforce that is well-trained and well-supervised.
- Due to this hands-on and highly supervised approach, we are confident that, like for like, we will always be competitively priced.
- If you have never used contract cleaners for your business cleaning, you should consider what we can offer. Having cleaners on your payroll is nor always the cheapest or most effective option.

- The company was started by Michael Shaw; a graduate in Economics from Leeds University who had a long career in the UK hospitality industry with Whitbread’s and Allied Breweries before deciding to have an overseas adventure; migrating to Australia in 1990.
- Michael worked for Foster’s Brewing Group as State Manager of Western Australia.
- In 1995, with some local business partners, he purchased and renovated a grand old pub/hotel in Fremantle, just South of Perth, Western Australia.
- Getting frustrated with finding good quality cleaners, Michael set up a cleaning company ‘on the side’ which cleaned his own pub and concentrated on other hospitality venues within the Perth and Fremantle area.
- If you’ve ever worked in hospitality, you’ll know that cleaning is a key performance indicator. If your kitchens, hotel rooms, toilets, restaurants, function rooms and bars are not spotless, you’re in trouble.
- In 2005, after a 15-year adventure in Australia, and with a young son now in town, Michael returned to the UK and set up a commercial cleaning business.
- This has evolved into PREMiClean, a company with an 18 year legacy of success and a growing army of experts.
